Boring vectors is a web application to transform images into scalable vector graphics (SVG).

We are @vieron and @josepmartins, a front-end and product design duo. Boring vectors is one of our (boring) projects aimed at creating distinctive SVG assets, including avatars, backgrounds, wallpapers, or prints, suitable for both personal and commercial projects.

To use it, simply upload an image (.jpg, .jpeg or .png) or choose one from the Unsplash library.

The panel settings provide controls to fine-tune the appearance of the vectorized output. Adjust color, borders, and shape settings to create unique SVG files.

All of the SVG generated are free to use and requires no credit or attribution at all.

If you are a designer or developer, feel free to incorporate them into your graphic projects, websites, or apps, including popular design tools like Figma or Sketch. Note that certain SVG files may render differently across various browsers and operating systems. If you require a JPG version of the sample, we suggest utilizing an online SVG to JPG converter tool or adjusting the export settings in Figma .
